<li><u>Aseos</u>, lo consideran aceptables.</li>
<li><u>Secretaría</u>, la consideran aceptable.</li>
<li><u>Fotocopias,</u> están con formes y lo consideran bien.</li>
<li><u>Cafetería</u>, no hay actualmente, por lo que se quejan.</li>
<li><u>Barreras Arquitectónicas</u>, las consideran que existen bastantes y por lo tanto, <span style="color: red;">deficiente</span>.</li>

A modo de resumen podíamos decir, que los alumnos consideran aceptable su Centro y se quejan y no sin razón, en cuanto a equipamientos en las aulas, de todo tipo, barreras arquitectónicas y sobre todo de las TIC's de nuestro centro que funcionan muy deficientemente, por los equipos de muy baja calidad, sobre todo los PC's.</div>

En este pearltree he intentado recopilar recursos para una buena gestión de centro; me he basado en la estructura que dice la tarea y dentro de ella, he intentado encontrar, todo aquello que me pudiera ser útil, para una buena gestión desde recursos, normativa,páginas web...</div>

En un primer bloque he estado buscando todo aquello que pudiera hacer útil la gestión económica, de recursos humanos y sobre todo los espacios y tiempos que dan muchos quebraderos de cabeza.</div>

Posteriormente he tratado principalmente lo que son los servicios complementarios y de ayuda que puede proporcionar el centro a las familias, al igual que los distintos programas que puede ofrecer el Centro Educativo para mejorar o complementar la formación del alumnado.</div>

primer lugar en la E.S.O. hay pizarras digitales, en casi todas las aulas, de
forma infrautilizadas. La gran mayoría de las veces porque el profesorado
carece de forma suficiente para utilizarlas, y a lo sumo se utilizan como
simple cañones de proyección. Otras veces, porque no funcionan
correctamente, y no hay nadie de mantenimiento, que solvente el asunto. Debería
haber un plan de formación de choque del profesorado, en este sentido, ya que
seguro hay herramientas que podríamos utilizar y serían muy útiles; y debería
un mayor mantenimiento de estas herramientas.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

segundo lugar, me parece una incongruencia, el hecho de que todos manejamos
Windows en un 90% y MAC en un 10% a la hora de trabajar en casa con nuestros
PC's y sin embargo en mi centro tenemos que manejar Ubuntu, Linux... porque los
ordenadores de nuestros centros no aguantan Windows o MAC (no tiran) porque
tienen unas placas bases de baja calidad y obsoletas. Y que conste, que no lo
digo yo, lo dice el Corrdinador TIC del centro, que sabe de esto más que yo, y
que el hombre hace lo que puede, con lo que nos mandan.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

para crear una sociedad avanzada, que cree, invente, nuevos métodos de trabajo,
de producción, con el que procurar el avance de nuestra sociedad y de la
Economía, al igual que crear riqueza y puestos de trabajo.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Como habilidades personales destacar el Trabajo en Equipo, la preocupación por los otros y la claridad y concisión dela expresión. objetivo de este plan es adaptarnos a las nuevas tecnologías, tanto el centro
como el alumnado para cambiar el hábito que existe de transmitir información,
puesto que las nuevas tecnologías han supuesto un importante cambio en los
últimos tiempos y han alterado de manera radical los medios de comunicación

course in a nutshell? That's the question I asked myself when I started to
write these lines. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span lang="EN-US">Firstly, the illusion of the beginning
mixed with the responsibility of finishing the huge tasks we had to do and the
high level of my classmates, it was a demanding plus that made me to do my
best.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span lang="EN-US">Apart from this, I had a very bad
time just after Christmas, when I was aware that it was impossible for me
sometimes to combine all the activities I had to do with my job and my family responsibilities.
To be honest, I have to say that I considered dropping out the C1 course
because I had no time for my wife and my two young daughters. But at that moment,
I realized that I enjoyed attending English classes without pressure of
homework and my wife encouraged me to continue because she noticed that it was important
for me.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;">
<span lang="EN-US"> Moreover, that particular day Emilio gave us a
superb speech about what was really important in learning English, he said:
"The thing is you come to class, and do not worry so much if you can do or
not all the tasks I demand, because it is here where we can practice and learn as
much or more than doing exercises, activities are very important but they are not
the only thing”. You were right Emilio, and thank you for telling me in that
particular moment!<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span lang="EN-US">From this moment till the end of the
course I enjoyed my English classes in a different way. I participated more
than I used to do, I tried to do everything I could but without pressure and
the most important thing, I consider that the moments and the experiences we
lived, the topics we discussed were so interesting, that it was worth attending
your classes in English, in Spanish or in Chinese.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

atmosphere we created in the classroom with my classmates "the small

and lived experiences. A large face and chubby cheeks is the genetic
inheritance from my mother. My thick eyebrows are never surprised of anything.
Big, sad and green eyes never lie, and which have seen wonderful and horrible
things. My elongated and pointed nose can smell goodness but not treason. Three
beauty spots on my left side to remind me what are the three most important
things in life. Thick lips ready to love and be loved with passion as if for
the first time. Big ears prepared to listening wonderful noises of life that
are sick of hearing the hypocrisy of those who govern us. In short, it is a
facial expression that shows the greatest compassion and sometimes the greatest
hatred in the same person; it is well known for those who are loved and hated
